Property Flood Resilience Repair Grant Expression of Interest Form

GDPR policy:

• Gloucestershire County Council is the Data Controller under data protection law and will use the information you provide on this form in order to administer the Property Flood Resilience Recovery Support Scheme 2024. Our Lawful basis for collecting your personal data is Consent. 
• Gloucestershire County Council will always ensure that we only collect the information necessary for the services we are providing you and the information will be treated as confidential and in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation.
• Gloucestershire County Council will keep your personal data for 6 years from the closure of the scheme (November 2025), in accordance with the requirements of grant schemes. All personal data will be kept in accordance with the statutory requirements of Defra. A record of properties, but no other personal details, that apply for the Grant will be kept.
• Your information will be cross-referenced with data secured on the extent and observed impact of the flooding across the county area and in assessing this application, you agree to this information being shared with the following third parties for the reasons detailed: your insurance provider (if we need to verify the information you have provided and their quote if applicable); Defra/Environment Agency (if we are asked to provide information on the properties who have received property flood resilience from this funding source); internally with other teams including Finance and Legal teams as and when required; our appointed contractor/surveyor as and when required. 
• If any comments collected as part of the Grant application are included in either the feedback and/or a report, they will be anonymised.
• Individuals have a number of rights under data protection law, including the right to request their information. You also have a right to make a complaint about our handling of your personal data to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
• Gloucestershire County Council will keep and use your data for the purpose of this Grant only.
