Real Nappy Incentive scheme

Application criteria

• You must live within the County of Gloucestershire
• You may only make one application per household/family (unless you have twins)
• Your baby must be less than 24 months old
• You must commit to spending at least £50 on real nappies at one time (excluding accessories)
• You need to be willing to be contacted a few months after you start using your nappies to help us evaluate the effectiveness of the incentive scheme.

Eligibility / Documentary evidence

• When you fill in the form, you will need to attach a copy of either:
  • your MAT B1 or
  • your baby’s birth certificate or
  • your maternity exemption card
• If you have already purchased your nappies, which must be to the value of £50 or more, you will need to attach an itemised receipt, showing the amount and your name on it.

How your data is used

Applications are processed by the Gloucestershire Real Nappy Project which is managed by Resource Futures. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure this information.

We only use your data to:

• Process applications for incentive scheme vouchers and for loan kits (where applicable).
• Contact you after redeeming an incentive voucher to find out how you are getting on with the real nappies you bought.
• Forward your name, phone number and email details, along with your voucher, to the supplier of your choice, (if you select that option). Your information will not be passed to any other third party nor used for any marketing purposes by Resource Futures.
