Applicant details must be the details of the utility, developer or main contractor carrying out the works in the highway. The permit will be in their name and the responsibility of keeping the Streetworks team informed of their works on the highway lies with them. Traffic management companies may complete the form on behalf of the applicant but if we have incorrect information regarding the applicant the application may be refused.
