You cannot use this form to appeal academy, foundation, trust or voluntary aided admissions.
If your chosen school is an academy, foundation, trust or voluntary aided, it is its own admission authority, and will advise you on which grounds your place has been refused under - this may be an Infant Class Size Appeal or an Overcrowding Appeal.
Please contact the school directly to appeal for a place.
You will also need to contact the school for details regarding their timetable for appeals.
You also cannot appeal for the school you have been offered!
